DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The scope of work includes concept elaboration, schematic designs, design development and detailed working drawings of a mixed-use architectural project.

Design guidance for this project includes:
:: maintaining the natural storm water stream that cuts through the site diagonally
:: provision of private yet multiple amenities for mixed economic and demographic groups
:: creating public spaces beyond the central storm water stream
